Public Offer Agreement

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer by G-SKY (the Provider) and defines the terms of booking apartments through the Website.

Acceptance occurs when a guest submits a booking on the Website and confirms the request via the email link.

2. Subject

The Provider offers temporary accommodation in selected apartments under the conditions shown on the property page. The guest agrees to follow house rules and pay as specified.

3. Booking process

The guest selects apartments, dates, and guests, provides contact details, and submits a request. After email confirmation, the request is reviewed by the Provider. The booking is confirmed once approved.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the Website during booking. Payment methods available at the time of booking apply. The Provider may change the price before final confirmation.

5. Rights and obligations

The guest must provide accurate information, follow house rules, and take care of the property. The Provider must deliver apartments fit for stay and the agreed level of service.

6. Liability

Parties are liable under the law of the Republic of Belarus. The guest is responsible for damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or pets.

7. Force majeure

Parties are released from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure if the other party is notified in a timely manner.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Republic of Belarus applies. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or as prescribed by law.
